Hours earlier, the Hills veteran warned fans about pain caused by yet another one of her 12 cosmetic procedures.
"I had a nightmare that I slept without my nose tape on," she tweeted last week. "Thank God it wasn't true!
"Warning: to anyone who is thinking about getting their ears pinned, I learned after the fact it is the most painful surgery a person can get," she wrote.

Montag -- who filed for divorce from hubby Spencer Pratt in July -- admits that she's still worried about doing anything that might interfere with her cosmetic enhancements.

The former reality star spent Tuesday morning getting reacquainted with her breast implants, which she famously had redone when she went under the knife in November 2009.
