"Also his contempt for African Americans is evident," she continues. "He is clearly in need of anger management and intense counseling for his hatred of racial minorities and women. I am very concerned about the risk of harm that I believe he presents to women and minorities unless he receives effective counseling."

A spokesman for Gibson has declined to comment on the audiotape due to pending litigation between the actor, 54, and Grigorieva, 40. Gibson's lawyer also was unavailable for comment.
