In a new interview with Seventeen (via RadarOnline), the Sonny With a Chance star finally opens up approximately the "life-long" dining muddle namely forced her into rehab last November.
The heroic young star hopes that by sharing her story, she can aid young girls who face alike struggles.
"I grant myself a lot of emancipation and I'm very peaceful now," she tells the mag.
Since leaving the undisclosed rehab facility in January, Lovato -- who is immediately a contributing redactor for Seventeen -- says she has a fashionable lease ashore life.
Demi Lovato has been to perdition and behind -- and the 18-year-old Disney star is finally ready to tell her story.
"I don't calculate there's going apt be a daytime when I don't think about food or my body," Lovato admits, "yet I'm alive with it, and I hope I could narrate young girls to detect their secure area and reside with it."

"There have been periods when I definitely have been baited to obtain rid of my dinner," she continues. "I ambition deal with it for the repose of my life because it's a life-long disease."

"It's quite pivotal that you get your emotions out, but don't ever inflict injury on your own body because your body is so sacred," Lovato cautions. "If you are going through that dark duration, go to your home and closest friends. Don't put yourself in danger."
